Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Amsterdam is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life by engaging customers, assisting them in finding items, and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented environment.

You will deliver warm service, support product replenishment and merchandising, process purchases and returns, and help fulfill online orders including in-store pickup and ship-from-store. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Dutch language optional.
• Able to create welcoming and inclusive customer experiences.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment balancing engagement and tasks.
