The role reports to the Retail Area Manager and focuses on team development, KPI-driven performance, and omni-channel sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; Dutch a plus.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred for this role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and engage.
• Able to identify issues, evaluate solutions and take informed actions.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work toward common goals.
• Strong time management to prioritise tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans with Area Manager.
• Lead staff to achieve commercial targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand standards.
• Drive up-selling, cross-selling, and introduction of co-creation services to enhance client experience.
• Develop strong customer relationships and build personalized experiences while expanding the client database.
• Represent the brand and expand the local community network, driving omni-channel sales.
• Ensure store presentation aligns with brand image and SOPs, and manage daily team briefings.
• Support onboarding and staff development, ensuring grooming and uniform compliance.
