Job summary

Golden Goose in Amsterdam is seeking a Sneaker Maker to build a personalized customer experience through co-creation of GG items. You will guide clients, showcase brand storytelling, and support sales with cross-selling and upselling, while ensuring GDPR and safety compliance in the store.

You will work in a dynamic retail environment, leveraging Golden App and other digital tools to engage customers and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills are required.
• Artistic hand-drawing abilities (marker, watercolor, acrylic, basic sewing).
• Empathy, good communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Minimum high school education; design field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing/illustration techniques.
• Guide clients through a co-creation journey while conveying brand storytelling.
• Support sales with cross-selling and upselling; handle pre-sale and post-sale activities.
• Register customers on the Golden App for segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain co-creation area in line with visual merchandising standards; assist store operations.
• Ensure GDPR and health & safety compliance; assist with inventory management.
• Leverage Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth to boost engagement.
