Golden Goose in Amsterdam is seeking a passionate Floor Manager to lead the customer experience and daily store operations. You will report to the Store Manager and help implement sales strategies, guide the team, and ensure brand standards are met.

The role requires fluent English (Dutch a plus), strong communication, and a track record in retail sales. You will train staff, drive omnichannel initiatives, build customer relationships, and maintain GDPR and health & safety compliance while

Qualificações

• Retail experience with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Experience in leading a team and coordinating store operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to train staff.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Management to achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies and monitoring main sales KPI’s.
• Support Management in guiding the team to achieve commercial targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the sales process and customer interactions, providing product information and suggesting cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist in clienteling activities and coordination with the CRM department to manage customer insights and app registrations.
• Contribute to store presentation and brand standards to boost sales and ensure GDPR and health & safety compliance.
