Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a reliable Material Handler / Stock Controller to join our Amsterdam/Amstelveen warehouse. You will manage stock in NetSuite/RF Smart, receive POs, and keep inventory organized to support production lines.

We value proactive, communicative team players with a forklift license as a plus and experience with WMS. Join us to help keep our inventory accurate and our operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Good level of English communication (spoken and written).
• Forklift license is a plus.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and transactions in our Warehouse Management System (NetSuite / RF Smart).
• Receive Purchases Orders (POs), move stock into the warehouse, and place items on racking.
• Perform regular stock inventory counts and support inventory audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by labeling and properly placing materials.
• Track incoming shipments and record/update inventory locations.
• Supply production lines with required stock by moving materials and booking them out of the system.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety‑compliant.
• Communicate clearly with the team regarding deliveries.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure removal of expired stock (FIFO/FEFO).
