SUIT SUPPLY is seeking a Stock Supervisor in Amsterdam to partner with leadership for optimal customer experience readiness. You will receive deliveries, organize stock, and guide the store operations and allocation teams with a focus on detail, tech use, and time management.

Responsibilities include inventory management using RFID, merchandise handling to floor-ready standards, staff training, and maintaining an efficient stockroom.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organizational and logistics capabilities for stock control and replenishment.
• Experience with inventory management and RFID-based accuracy checks.
• Experience in supervising a team and training staff on procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented and flexible.

Aufgaben

• Oversee supply management, prevent overage, maintain budgets, and use RFID/stock systems for accuracy.
• Handle merchandise receiving and processing to floor-ready standards and maintain goods.
• Provide on-the-job training and supervise the Sales Support Team.
• Maintain an organized, safe stockroom and optimize layout with store management.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and Store Process Dashboard metrics.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
