Job summary

Bloomon is seeking a reliable Material Handler / Stock Controller to join our Amsterdam region warehouse. You will manage stock levels, support production lines, and help keep the warehouse organized and compliant with safety standards.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with WMS, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. A forklift license is a plus, and familiarity with NetSuite is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Communicative level of English (spoken and written).
• Forklift (EPT/hand pallet truck) license is a plus.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and transactions in our Warehouse Management System (NetSuite / RF Smart).
• Receive POs, move stock into the warehouse, and place items on racking.
• Perform regular stock inventory counts and support inventory audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by labeling and placing materials correctly.
• Track incoming shipments and update inventory locations in the system.
• Supply production lines with stock by moving materials and booking them out of the system.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safety‑compliant.
• Communicate clearly with the team regarding deliveries.
• Monitor expiration dates and remove expired stock (FIFO/FEFO).
