Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a reliable Material Handler / Stock Controller for our Amsterdam warehouse. You will manage stock, support production lines, and keep inventory organized and accurate using our WMS systems, NetSuite and RF Smart.

This hands-on role requires proactive communication within the team and adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices. Strong English skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong stock accuracy.
• Good communication in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Forklift license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and transactions in our Warehouse Management System (NetSuite / RF Smart).
• Receive POs, move stock into the warehouse, and place items on racking.
• Perform regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by labeling and placing materials correctly.
• Track incoming shipments and update locations in the system.
• Supply production lines with required stock and book movements.
