Job summary

Techstars Amsterdam is seeking an Operations Associate to support administrative duties and program execution for the accelerator. You will assist with day-to-day operations and ensure the cohort's needs are met, working closely with the program team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in fast-paced project or program management
• Experience in event planning and event logistics
• Strong attention to detail
• Interest in technology, startups and venture capital
• Fits Techstars culture: people-oriented, adaptable and supportive
• Authorized to work in Netherlands and currently reside in Amsterdam area

Responsibilities

• Engage with Techstars founders and plan activities, meetings and events
• Support program operations: scheduling, coordinating with speakers, and logistics for in-person programming
• Coordinate mentor scheduling and mentor-founder matching
• Follow program content and curriculum best practices
• Support event planning and execution for in-person program trips and Demo Day
• Manage program social media pages (LinkedIn) and highlight founder successes
• Assist Managing Director with special projects and investor communications
• Represent Techstars in the local community
