Job summary
GoSpooky is seeking a People Operations Intern to support onboarding, payroll, contracts and HR processes in a fast-paced creative agency. You will help with onboarding, payroll, contracts and event planning, while learning modern HR tools and systems.
The role is hands-on and offers a genuine chance to influence our culture and processes. The internship lasts six months starting mid-September 2026, with 32–40 hours per week and an expectation to work from the Amsterdam office at least three
Qualifications
- Currently studying HR, Work & Organizational Psychology or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Discreet handling of confidential information.
- Willingness to learn about HR systems and payroll.
- Based in the Netherlands and enrolled in an EU university with a Dutch BSN.
Responsibilities
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Updating HR systems, contracts, and job postings
- Scheduling interviews and keeping recruitment organized
- Helping with payroll and absence tracking
- Coordinating team events and employee perks
- Making sure no detail slips through the cracks
- Bringing fresh ideas and supporting HR projects
- Supporting with transitioning from our current HRIS to a different one
