Job summary

MSD Animal Health in Boxmeer is hiring an Operational Coach for a start‑up phase of a new Blend & Fill facility. You will recruit and develop operators, drive digital workflows, and support readiness for commissioning, qualification, and validation.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, ensure GMP and data governance, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the early phases of commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience leading operators in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop operators to build a high‑performing team.
• Establish team structures, shift patterns, roles, and accountabilities.
• Drive digital adoption and paperless manufacturing capabilities.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations from Day 1 during startup.
