Job summary

MSD Malaysia in Boxmeer is seeking individuals for a unique opportunity to contribute to the launch of a state-of-the-art digital pharmaceutical facility. This role involves supporting production processes, contributing to SOP development, and training operators on-site.

The ideal candidate has a mbo level 3 diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. The job also offers extensive growth and development opportunities within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of production processes and systems (MES/EBR, automation).
• Contribute to the development of SOPs and work instructions.
• Train and guide operators and team leads on the shop floor.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks during the start‑up phase.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Actively contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting the implementation of production processes and systems (such as MES/EBR, OEE+, RTMS and MDH).

Profile

You’re someone who enjoys being hands‑on, thrives in dynamic environments, and steps up when it matters most.

• Minimum mbo level 3 diploma with 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environment.
• Familiar with GMP, production processes, and automation (MES/EBR is a strong plus).
• Strong communication skills, problem‑solving mindset, and a hands‑on approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and a true team player.
