Job summary

Get 360Pharma in Nijmegen, Netherlands, is seeking a Production Operator to handle various manufacturing areas in a compliant, safe, and efficient manner. You will operate equipment, perform adjustments, and participate in training during onboarding.

The role requires GMP knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts starting at 6:30, with afternoon and midnight ends. A 1-year contract with potential extension is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, EHS, QA, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work within a team and follow instructions.
• Willing to work shifts starting 6:30 and until midnight.
• One-year fixed-term contract with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols while keeping the work area clean to prevent contamination.
• Prepare and verify batch components and perform format changeovers for production runs.
• Manufacture products in accordance with procedures, GMP, documentation, and quality standards.
• Conduct product inspections and in-process checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Prepare, document, and complete production records, including batch reconciliation and material transfers.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines, report risks, and ensure health, safety, and environmental guidelines are met.
• Support team members in manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Escalate process deviations or defects and communicate improvement opportunities.
