Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer within the Enterprise Integration team to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for state-of-the-art applications and integration solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with Product Owners, Architects, and IT teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

You’ll drive end-to-end design for features, mentor engineers, and explore new ServiceNow capabilities to enhance performance and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering end-to-end enterprise-grade solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Javascript with good Java or similar OOP experience.
• Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as React or web component based frameworks, with strong JavaScript development skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain secure, scalable integrations and applications.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, scalable, reusable applications and integrations on ServiceNow platform.
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of features for the Analytical Product (Javascript & Java).
• Own technical initiatives from planning to deployment and improve existing apps and services.
• Explore latest ServiceNow features and evaluate adoption potential.
• Develop PoC and prototypes to validate architectural and design decisions.
• Establish best practices around platform development, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide engineers to foster technical excellence.
