Job summary

Super is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to join the platform area that underpins all products across Europe and Latin America. You will help ship quickly and run safely in production, setting technical direction and raising reliability standards.

You’ll work with senior engineers to elevate the team, automate repeated toil, and drive a dependable, scalable platform across teams with a focus on observability and incident response.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SRE, software, and platform engineering.
• Proven incident leadership and reliability improvements.
• Hands-on with observability stacks and distributed tracing.

Responsibilities

• Make operations safe and reversible for deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Lead end-to-end incident response and post-mortems.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to reduce toil.
