Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Staff Data Analyst based in the Netherlands to own analytics across a global travel marketplace. You will build data foundations, transform complex customer, booking and API data, and deliver trusted insights to senior stakeholders.

You will shape product analytics, introduce experimentation capabilities, and work in an international environment with autonomy and high impact. This position offers flexible remote or hybrid options within the EU.

Qualifications

• Own complex analytics initiatives end-to-end.
• Influence senior product, engineering and commercial leaders through insights.
• Transform fragmented data into reliable, trusted data products.
• Understand product analytics, customer behavior and conversion.
• Experience in startups or scaleups and navigating ambiguity.
• Use AI coding agents or AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across customer-facing business, including enterprise partners, self-service customers, API usage and bookings.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define analytical priorities and translate questions into data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain dbt models and data pipelines for consolidated reporting.
• Establish standardized metrics and reporting frameworks to align dashboards.
• Analyze journeys, API usage and bookings to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Develop product analytics capabilities and experimentation frameworks.
