Job summary

Yuno seeks a Staff AI Engineer for Payments Intelligence, leading production AI-agent systems and agentic platforms. You will architect agents that operate across markets, optimize LLM pipelines, and set safety guardrails for reliable, compliant AI in a high-scale payments environment.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical direction for multilingual, customer-facing AI experiences across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience with production LLM/AI-agent systems.
• Deep expertise in agentic systems: multi-step agents, tool use, orchestration, memory, and RAG.
• Strong LL M application skills: prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Agent architecture and technical leadership for AI agents (AIDA, NOVA).
• Production LLM and agentic systems with multi-step workflows and memory.
• Conversational and multilingual experiences across channels and 70+ languages.
