Job summary

Yuno is hiring an Experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Integrations team, connecting the platform to PSPs, acquirers, and gateways globally. You will own technical direction, scale teams, and drive high-impact infrastructure improvements in a fast-moving, international environment.

You will mentor engineers, guide architecture decisions, and champion secure, robust backend systems with a bias toward AI-assisted development and automation. Remote-friendly, Europe-wide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Strong ability to drive technical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on backend experience with Golang or similar.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of secure development practices and OWASP principles.
• Experience delivering in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team with emphasis on ownership and improvement.
• Own the full lifecycle of integrations with PSPs, acquirers, and gateways; design to deployment and monitoring.
• Drive architecture, code reviews, and troubleshooting to set technical standards for the team.
• Enforce coding standards, testing, observability, and documentation.
• Guide architectural decisions for low-latency, highly available backend systems.
• Foster AI-first development and leverage AI-assisted coding and testing.
