Job summary

Europa Recruitment is seeking a Spanish-speaking Account Manager to join our international food sector client in the Netherlands. You will manage Spanish and Portuguese markets, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with logistics, technical services and senior account managers to grow the business in Spain and Portugal.

The role requires fluent Spanish, excellent communication, and the ability to present to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Currently living in the Netherlands.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to connect with people.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in an international context.
• Confidence presenting to clients and decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural team.
• Proactive, resilient attitude and a drive to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Develop new business and partnerships in Spain and Portugal
• Work with logistics, technical service and senior colleagues on strategy and execution
• Deliver presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition
• Monitor market trends and product developments and share updates internally
• Draft and negotiate sales contracts (incl. Incoterms and payment terms)
• Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs and international events
• Take part in weekly sales and account management meetings
• Set and track annual goals with the Senior Account Manager and Business Unit Leader
