Orbisk helps professional kitchens stop wasting food, using AI-driven cameras and scales to track waste and cut costs. The role focuses on bringing Orbisk to hotel groups and hospitality operators across Spain and Iberia, with daily outbound activity and rapid progression to AE-led sessions.

You will be in the office four days a week to learn fast beside AEs, engaging senior chefs and GMs to secure meetings that can scale to full rollouts in kitchens across the region.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
• Portuguese is a real advantage.
• 2+ years customer-facing, ideally on the phone.
• Hospitality, foodservice, sustainability, SaaS or tech sales experience is useful.
• Confidence with senior people and persistence to reach them.
• Evidence you've hit a target when it was hard.
• You run your own day and don't wait to be told.
• You take coaching seriously and act on it quickly.
• You like being around people and want to be in the office.
• The right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsabilités

• Own a named account list in Spain and Iberia: hotel groups, contract caterers and hospitality operators.
• Every day, at volume: be ready to pick up the phone.
• Run your own email and LinkedIn outreach and adjust when needed.
• Qualify properly to ensure meetings are valuable.
• Hand meetings over with context and keep CRM up to date.
• Get into kitchens via trade shows, customer visits and ride-alongs with AEs.
• Bring learnings to weekly commercial meetings.
