Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex technical programs or multidisciplinary product development projects.
• Experience leading product development from concept through deployment.
• Affinity with space hardware, payloads, on-board electronics, or space segment systems.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Dutch, NATO, or EU security clearances (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of on-board processing product platform, aligning projects to the roadmap and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate program with technical leads, balancing scope, priorities, resources, budgets, schedules, and risks across multiple workstreams.
• Support multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept to deployment and ensure timely decision-making.
• Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders and partners to translate needs into objectives and priorities.
• Drive collaboration across electronics, software, AI, systems engineering and project teams for integrated solutions.
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, ensure timely delivery of results.
