Job summary

Serco Space Services - Europe Careers invites a Documentation Management Specialist to join our ESTEC team in Noordwijk, Netherlands. You will establish governance, manage repositories, and ensure documents are controlled and maintained throughout project lifecycles.

Key duties include governance policy development, document control workflows, archival management, and preparation of programme board documentation for European partners and EC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in document control, records management, or project documentation support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement documentation management policies and procedures.
• Manage documentation governance, control, and archiving workflows.
• Coordinate preparation of programme board documentation and distribution to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of documentation processes and systems.
