• Extensive experience as a Sous Chef in hospitality.
• Ability to lead and develop kitchen teams and students.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in leading kitchen operations for The Dean Restaurant and Bar & Bistro.
• Work actively in the kitchen and guide the team to deliver a WOW guest experience.
