Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer in Utrecht to support the sales team with technical demos, PoC execution, and deep product expertise. You will collaborate across innovation labs, Expert Services, CSMs and marketing to drive customer success.

The role requires a strong background in observability and web technologies, with travel up to 30% and the ability to articulate technical value to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience within the observability space.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate technical value to business value.
• Experience with web technologies and programming/scripting languages listed.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings at international trade shows and client meetings.
• Partner with sales to identify new and incremental opportunities.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud-architecture discussions to support sales.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to C‑suite executives.
• Provide guidance in Discovery, Solution Evaluation and Solution Proposal stages.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations at events and partner booths.
• Gather feedback from customers to Product Management to shape roadmaps.
• Collaborate with partners as a technical contact and trusted advisor.
