Key Responsibilities

• As part of our observability‑focused engineering community, you’ll contribute to initiatives that improve visibility, reliability, and performance across modern IT landscapes. Depending on your role and expertise, you may focus on:
• Supporting and scaling Dynatrace implementations across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Enabling observability best practices across infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Defining or validating SLIs, SLOs, alerting thresholds, and anomaly detection strategies.
• Automating observability configuration and monitoring workflows through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps/ AWS).
• Integrating monitoring insights into incident and change processes, often using tools like ServiceNow.
• Delivering actionable dashboards, alerts, and performance reports for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaborating with DevOps, SRE, or platform teams to embed observability into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Sharing knowledge and improving observability maturity across engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in the English Language (at least B2 in speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Dynatrace certification is required (Associate or Professional level).
• Strong experience implementing and configuring Dynatrace in production environments.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps (pipelines, integration, deployment automation).
• Familiarity with ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Understanding of key observability concepts: metrics, logs, traces, SLIs, SLOs, AIOps.
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or YAML) is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical observability needs into clear actions.
