Job summary

Atos is seeking an Observability & Performance Engineer with hands-on Dynatrace experience in the Netherlands. The role blends consultancy, performance analysis and architecture responsibilities across several enterprise environments.

You will work with clients, engineering teams and data analysts to improve application performance, reliability and visibility. Hybrid work with 1-2 onsite days is typical.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in observability, monitoring or performance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace is strongly preferred.
• Open to candidates with strong experience in other observability platforms who want to specialize in Dynatrace.
• Solid understanding of metrics, logs and traces.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Based in the Netherlands; able to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement observability solutions using Dynatrace for apps, infra and business processes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand monitoring needs.
• Define observability strategies and monitoring approaches.
• Provide architectural guidance ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Support development of observability architectures for complex environments.
• Perform performance assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create documentation and diagrams, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Stay updated on developments in observability, cloud and performance engineering.
