Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level working and thinking ability in IT/CS or related field.
- Proven observability/monitoring experience with cloud and on-prem environments.
- Hands-on Dynatrace experience or strong background in another observability platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement observability solutions using Dynatrace across applications, infrastructure and business processes.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate monitoring needs into architectures.
- Define observability strategies and monitoring approaches.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Support development of observability architectures for complex environments.
- Perform performance assessments and identify optimization opportunities.
- Create and maintain documentation and architecture diagrams.
