Job summary

Atos in the Netherlands seeks a Lead Dynatrace Monitoring Consultant to make complex IT landscapes transparent and guide customers on their maturity journey toward autonomous operations. You will design Dynatrace solutions, ensure observability and performance insights, and work closely with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Background as Developer, DevOps/Platform, or Security Engineer.
• Experience with Dynatrace as a platform.
• Exposure to Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, or New Relic is a plus.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with Python, Ruby, or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Solid understanding of observability, security, or data analytics.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset.
• Analytical, curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Clear growth mindset, focused on learning and helping customers evolve.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynatrace for observability, application security, and data analytics.
• Monitor digital value chains, applications, and user behaviour, including APM, RUM, synthetics.
• Develop dashboards, detections, alerts, and integrations tailored to customer needs.
• Automate and standardize platform deployments and configurations.
• Support customers in platform adoption, maturity growth, and operational use.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, testers, architects, and consultants.
• Translate customer challenges into scalable, measurable platform solutions.
