Wilkins Hunter Ltd is seeking a Solutions Consultant to work remotely with teams in the Netherlands and Germany. You will translate business needs into AI-driven enterprise solutions, lead demos, and guide customers through complex product architectures while collaborating across sales, product, and technical functions.

You will engage stakeholders, design demonstrations, and help customers realise business value from analytics and AI technologies in asset-intensive industries.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent technical background in a STEM-related discipline.
• Experience with enterprise software, digital transformation, analytics or AI-enabled solutions.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (professional).

Solutions Consultant – Enterprise AI Software | Netherlands or Germany

As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with commercial teams and senior customer stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop compelling solution strategies, and demonstrate how technology can deliver measurable business value.

This is an opportunity for a technically minded, commercially aware professional to play a key role in complex enterprise sales cycles, working with leading organisations across asset-intensive industries.

Location: Remote, based in the Netherlands or Germany

Language: Professional fluency in Dutch required

Responsibilities

• Business and Industry Advisory: Engage senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, operational challenges and strategic objectives.


• Solution Demonstrations: Lead tailored product demonstrations, presentations and workshops for enterprise customers.


• Solution Design: Translate complex customer requirements into appropriate technology solutions and high-level architectures.


• Pre-Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to support opportunities throughout the sales cycle.


• Customer Engagement: Build credibility with technical, operational and executive-level audiences.


• Innovation: Help customers explore the practical application of AI, analytics and enterprise technology to improve business performance.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent technical background in a STEM-related discipline, or relevant industry experience.


• Experience within one or more asset-intensive sectors, such as energy, utilities, water, transportation, infrastructure or industrial operations.


• Experience with enterprise software, digital transformation, analytics or AI-enabled solutions.


• Familiarity with asset-intensive business processes, operational technology or investment decision-making would be advantageous.


• Previous pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales or customer-facing consulting experience, or the ability and ambition to transition into a pre-sales role.


• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.


• Professional fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
