Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Senior Data & AI Consultant to lead data-driven transformation projects for diverse clients. You will scope, design and initiate innovative AI solutions, collaborating with client teams to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact.

Fluent Dutch and English are required. The role offers hybrid working in the Netherlands, opportunities for international travel, and a focus on growth and innovation within a leading digital transformation company.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business studies, Data science, AI, Info Management or related field.
• Fluent Dutch and full working proficiency in English.
• 6+ years in digital transformation consulting with focus on data, analytics and AI.
• Strong project management and business analysis skills.
• Proven workshop facilitator with knowledge of design thinking, agile and ADKAR.
• Ability to bridge exploration/analysis to execution/delivery.
• Experience with data visualization or analytics/AI tooling (Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python, XAI tooling) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute data-driven transformation projects for clients.
• Estimate opportunities, develop business cases and support proposals.
• Provide insights on emerging technologies to clients and colleagues.
• Develop and implement data-driven transformation strategies.
• Oversee design and delivery of scalable data/AI solutions.
• Engage stakeholders across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Support organizational change to foster a data-driven culture.
