Job summary

Continia seeks a skilled Solution Consultant for the Banking and Finance solution, blending functional finance know-how with advisory skills to ensure partner and customer success. You will collaborate with partners on complex scenarios, deliver trainings and workshops, and contribute to retention and growth.

You will travel to meet customers and maintain strong relationships while supporting presales activities and occasional end-customer implementations.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on financial experience with Microsoft Business Central (D365 BC).
• Experience with banking, accounts payable/receivable workflows is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet partners and customers.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

Solution Consultant, Continia Banking and Finance

Continia is seeking a skilled and motivated Solution Consultant for our Banking and Finance solution. If you have a strong functional and financial background within Microsoft Business Central and a genuine interest in helping partners succeed, we would love to hear from you.

Over the past years, Continia has experienced substantial growth, both in terms of revenue and organizational scale. We develop software that sits natively within Microsoft Business Central, enabling finance teams across Europe and beyond to manage invoice capture, expense management, and bank reconciliation. We go to market through approximately 2,000 Microsoft partner firms worldwide and currently support 34,000 active software subscriptions. Our target is 100,000 by 2030.

About the Role

As Solution Consultant for Continia Banking and Finance, you will ensure that partners and selected customers successfully adopt and expand Continia's products by combining deep functional expertise with structured advisory. The role bridges operational support, product input, and commercial alignment, contributing directly to retention and sustainable growth.

You will work closely with partners across complex solution scenarios, conduct training and workshops, and act as a trusted advisor for defined partner relationships. At the same time, you will support commercial teams in presales activities and carry out implementations for end customers when needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing advanced functional guidance to partners in complex solution scenarios.
• Conducting training, structured workshops, and solution reviews to strengthen adoption and best practice usage.
• Monitoring customer health indicators and identifying potential churn risks.
• Supporting presales activities including product validation, demos, and technical workshops.
• Identifying expansion potential within existing partner portfolios.
• Assisting with the translation of product and marketing content and participating in testing of new features before release.

About You

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented professional who thrives in a role that combines technical depth with stakeholder advisory.

Further, you are likely to enrich our business with the following qualifications:

• Solid, hands-on financial experience with Microsoft Business Central, particularly within banking, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.
• Practical experience with financial workflows such as payment reconciliation, invoice handling, or cash management, gained from working directly with finance teams or in a finance role.
• You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and know how to build trust with both partners and internal stakeholders.

Experience with Continia Banking or Finance, or similar accounts payable solutions is a strong advantage.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with solid, practical experience within financial processes, ideally from a role in finance, accounting, or financial systems consulting, combined with hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central. You have real, practical knowledge of accounts payable and banking processes, and know how to translate that into training and workshops that make sense for partners and customers.

We are looking for someone who is open to travel and meet our customers abroad.

You must be fluent in Dutch and be confident in communicating in English.
