R2 Global seeks a Business Central Consultant to join our Netherlands practice (North Brabant, primarily remote). You will work with manufacturing and production-focused clients across the Netherlands and Belgium to optimise processes, lead ERP implementations, and act as a trusted advisor.

Business Central Consultant, Netherlands (North Brabant, Mainly Remote)

We are supporting a long-established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner with over 40 years of experience delivering ERP solutions to production-driven businesses across Europe.

This organisation operates in a highly specialised manufacturing and production niche and is actively growing its presence across the Netherlands and Belgium, with further expansion into the Nordic regions already underway and an established footprint in Germany.

This is a key hire as the Dutch practice continues to develop, and the right person will be joining at a point where they can genuinely shape how the consultancy function is built and delivered in this market.

The Role

This is a true Business Central consulting position, not a ticket-based support function or a revolving door of short engagements. You will work closely with customers across the Netherlands and Belgium to improve business processes, lead implementations, and position yourself as a long-term trusted advisor within their operations.

• Advise customers on business process optimisation and ERP strategy

What They Are Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch and English (Belgian market exposure is a bonus)
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites across the Netherlands and Belgium
