Job summary

Continia seeks a skilled Solution Consultant for the Banking and Finance solution, blending functional finance know-how with advisory skills to ensure partner and customer success. You will collaborate with partners on complex scenarios, deliver trainings and workshops, and contribute to retention and growth.

You will travel to meet customers and maintain strong relationships while supporting presales activities and occasional end-customer implementations.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on financial experience with Microsoft Business Central (D365 BC).
• Experience with banking, accounts payable/receivable workflows is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet partners and customers.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced functional guidance to partners in complex scenarios.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and solution reviews to boost adoption.
• Monitor customer health indicators and identify churn risks.
• Support presales activities including product validation, demos, and technical workshops.
• Identify expansion potential within existing partner portfolios.
• Translate product and marketing content and participate in feature testing.
