Enphase Energy in Den Bosch, Netherlands, seeks a Customer Support Technician to help homeowners and installers troubleshoot PV systems and ensure peak performance.

You will resolve issues by phone and email, document cases, and collaborate with Field Service Technicians. Requires 2+ years in customer support, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and fluency in English (B2) and Dutch (C1). Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer support or a technical role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Fluency in English (B2) and Dutch (C1) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; organized and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners and installers by resolving technical issues via phone and email.
• Track and document customer cases with timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and Engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain and update the support knowledge base; stay current with Enphase systems.
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide expert guidance.
