Job summary

Enphase Energy in Den Bosch, Netherlands, seeks a Customer Support Technician to assist homeowners and installers, resolving technical issues via phone and email and guiding users through commissioning. You will work closely with field technicians and engineers to ensure peak system performance.

You will be part of a growing, international team, with training and clear career paths, and after initial training, a hybrid or remote work option may apply, depending on experience and role progression.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English (B2) and Dutch (C1) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a relevant technical role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners and installers by resolving technical issues and providing support during commissioning via phone and email.
• Case management: Track and document customer cases, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Enphase Field Service Technicians and Field Applications Engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Update and contribute to the support knowledge base.
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide expert guidance.
