Solar Product Manager – Growth & Strategy (Netherlands)

Job summary

One Stop Warehouse (OSW) is expanding its Dutch footprint and seeks a commercially driven Product Manager to own and grow a solar product portfolio in the Netherlands. You will collaborate with suppliers, Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify opportunities, launch products and drive commercial performance.

Ideally you bring 3+ years in product management or related roles in solar/renewable tech, strong negotiation skills and fluent English (Mandarin a plus, Dutch a strong advantage).

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Product Management, Category Management, Procurement or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in solar/PV, renewable energy, electrical or related technology.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing supplier and customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and commercially minded.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and analytical capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent English and Mandarin (Dutch is a strong advantage.)

Responsibilities

• Manage product selection, sourcing, pricing and lifecycle.
• Build product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify market trends, new technologies and growth opportunities.
• Develop and negotiate relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Manage product P&L, margins, forecasts and inventory.
• Work closely with Sales to drive product adoption and new opportunities.
• Deliver product training to internal teams and customers.
• Analyse market and sales data and translate insights into actions.
• Develop business cases, product plans and marketing initiatives.
