Job summary

Exact Technology in Delft is seeking a team lead for the SRXP and Exact Financials teams. You will mentor and manage the teams, define objectives on quality, security and new features, and take on cross‑product project management including local product integrations.

You’ll join a diverse, international tech community of over 400 professionals with an open culture and strong focus on learning, collaboration and delivering robust software.

Qualifications

• HBO or equivalent higher professional education required.
• Experience with software development processes and delivery.

Job description

We are currently looking for a teamlead for the SRXP and Exact Financials teams in Delft. The SRXP team develops in PHP. This 'PHP A-Team' not only works on SRXP but also contributes on a project basis to Officient in Ghent and Winbooks Connect in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). The Exact Financials team currently consists of three people and develops in Progress. In this role, you will be responsible for people management on the one hand, and defining and achieving objectives regarding quality, security, and new functionalities on the other. In addition to directly managing these teams, you will take on a project management role that spans across all local products. This could involve projects like implementing the Support Agent or establishing a connection to the Invoice Gateway for all local products. Both the SRXP and Exact Financials teams operate highly independently. As a result, this position offers an excellent learning environment in both software development (technology) and product management (market orientation).

You are not expected to write code or develop in these languages yourself, but you do, of course, possess solid knowledge of secure software development lifecycles (SSDLC).
