You will balance hands-on technical involvement with people leadership, guiding engineers in both areas while driving the technical roadmap and reporting to the Director of Technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Engineering Manager or Technical Lead.
• Solid technical background in data engineering (Python, SQL, ETL frameworks).
• Ability to balance delivery with architectural vision and trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and inclusive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two teams including app and data engineers.
• Foster collaboration between app and data engineering teams with product managers and designers.
• Champion engineering best practices and data integrity.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new engineers to build a high-performing team.
