Job summary

Exact Horeko in Utrecht is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to deliver best-in-class solutions for hospitality customers. The role focuses on developing software in the Microsoft stack (.Net Core / C#) with Azure and SQL Server, ensuring high performance and reliable financial business software.

You’ll join a team of about 25 colleagues within Exact Technology, work in a hybrid setup (2 days in office, 3 days remote), and contribute to a product used by over 1500 customers with strong growth

Qualifications

• Min 2 years C# experience (.NET 8 or .NET Core).
• Seasoned professional in the Microsoft coding ecosystem.
• SQL Server.
• Azure.
• Keep code clean and simple.
• Like to work on financial business software.
• Preferably a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Good communication skills (fluency in English, both verbally and written).

This role is in our Utrecht office - we do not accept applicants who need visa sponsorship for this role

The focus is on developing software that advances the hospitality industry. Currently, over 1500 customers use and trust the software on a daily basis, rating it 8.9.
