Job summary

Exact is seeking a Mobile Team Lead to drive vision, delivery and continuous improvement of our mobile apps serving over 675,000 companies. You will lead a diverse, international team of 400+ tech professionals in the Netherlands and Malaysia, set technical direction and align with product and business goals.

You will champion .NET MAUI and guide transition from Xamarin/C#/.NET, mentoring engineers in Agile practices and fostering high-quality mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer or Team Lead.
• Strong experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or C#/ .NET.
• Experience leading engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.

• Lead and coach a Scrum team of mobile developers.
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders.

As a Mobile Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving the vision, delivery, and continuous improvement of Exact mobile apps. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our mobile solutions, which support a wide range of business processes such as accounting, construction, expense management, inventory management, HRM, field service, and point of sale. Our apps empower over 675,000 companies to grow their businesses. In this role, you combine hands‑on technical expertise with people leadership. You guide your team in building high‑quality mobile solutions, set technical direction, and ensure alignment with product and business goals.

There is a strong focus on .NET MAUI development. Already familiar with MAUI? Great. Coming from Xamarin, .NET/C#, or native iOS/Android? Also, great—if you are motivated to lead the transition and further adoption of .NET MAUI.

• Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer or Team Lead
• Strong experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or C#/.NET
• Beneficial if you have native iOS/Android background with the ability to lead cross-platform strategy
• Experience in leading or mentoring engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong architectural thinking and decision‑making skills.
• An analytical mindset and strong sense of ownership
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
