As a Software Engineer in our product teams for the HR Solution “Officient”, you deliver best in class solutions to our customers that help them grow their business. Officient is an HR platform for HR administration of small and mid-sized organizations. This HR platform, that can easily be used by smaller organizations, who want to have their people data in one place, and who want to facilitate basic HR processes.
Get all your basic HR operations in order and connect/integrate with common payroll applications to get payroll up and running. Officient comes with everything you might expect from a lightweight operating system, including document management, employee self service (app) and analytics.

You’ll receive a warm welcome from your direct colleagues in Exact Technology, based mainly in Delft and Kuala Lumpur. There are over 600 tech-colleagues from all over the world, a friendly, helpful and enthusiastic group of people. Exact has multiple PHP-stacks and we encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing over the different teams.
For this product team, you’ll be working with PHP, JavaScript, Vue.js, NodeJs, ExpressJs, .Net Server, operated on Azure and AWS.
