Job summary

Sofico is seeking a seasoned Team Manager with a solid background in implementing software solutions and extensive experience in coaching and mentoring. The role focuses on guiding teams, setting direction, recruiting and onboarding new members, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

You will interact with teams, manage career development coaching, and build strong relationships to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, preferably in ERP or complex implementations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Expertise in guiding and coaching team members on career development.
• Collaborative mindset to work across teams and achieve shared goals.
• Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of software project lifecycle and delivery from start to finish.
• Experience configuring large/complex software packages.
• HBO-level education or higher.
• Fluent Dutch (C1) and English.

Responsibilities

• Set team direction aligned with Sofico's goals.
• Provide career development coaching to enhance team skills and performance.
• Promote an environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
• Manage and coach team members for growth and cohesion.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, budget and quality; coordinate with the Scrum Master.
