Job summary

Interactivated Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead software initiatives from discovery to delivery. You will align product direction with business goals, collaborating with clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates influence scope, prioritize features, and drive Lean delivery while participating in presales discussions with senior developers to shape solution approaches before kickoff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software development projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Slack, and similar collaboration tools.
• Understanding of modern software development processes and technology stacks.
• Ability to balance business goals, timelines, budgets, and technical constraints.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from discovery through delivery.
• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and blockers.
• Ensure transparency through regular client communication and reporting.
• Coordinate activities between clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and keep projects moving forward.
• Participate in discovery and presales discussions with senior developers.
• Help gather requirements and understand business challenges.
• Contribute to project estimations, scope definition, and solution planning.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations before project kickoff.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes while maintaining Lean scope and budget.
