Role: Software Development Manager

As a Software Development Manager (SDM), you lead the software development process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality, managing risks, and fostering an agile culture of continuous improvement. The team is experienced and has developed high-quality functionalities in a dynamic environment. Due to the company's success, the team has grown, and will continue to grow in the near future. This brings with it a number of challenges. Next to this, you will also coach the management team / C-level execs.
