Monks is seeking a Social Manager to define and execute a social-led strategy for a leading global EdTech business. You will drive paid learners acquisition through high-performance social media marketing, audience targeting, and budget optimization, reporting to the Social Lead and collaborating with Global Social Lead to align local work with global standards.

Qualificações

• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience across publishers/agencies/tech/brands.
• Expertise in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and performance-based acquisition.
• Experience with AdTech/MarTech solutions (Google Marketing Platform, Amazon, Meta, TikTok).
• Strong grasp of the digital consultancy space and data/media offerings.
• Proven track record in independent campaign management and execution.
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business objectives into social tactics impacting FTCOF/ROAS.
• Demonstrated AI-driven marketing workflow expertise (AI solutions like Monks.Flow).
• Proven ability to start initiatives independently in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new AI-powered methods.

Responsabilidades

• Drive core client KPIs with focus on ROAS, New Paid Leads, and FTCOF/Enrollment.
• Oversee and optimize daily campaigns across social platforms to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Develop strategic guidelines and methodologies for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
• Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies for high-performing segments.
• Liaise with Global Social Lead to integrate best practices locally.
• Optimize campaigns across the full funnel from awareness to enrollment and re-engagement.
