Job summary

Monks is seeking a Director of Strategy, Paid Social to lead full-funnel campaigns for enterprise accounts, driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and high-value product launches. You will guide cross-functional teams and present strategically to executive stakeholders.

The role demands expert knowledge of major social platforms, data analytics mastery, and a track record of leading large-scale initiatives with telecom/tech clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital marketing and paid social strategy experience with enterprise brands (telecom, tech, or high-consideration lines).
• Expert-level knowledge of major social platforms and ad managers (Meta Ads Manager, YouTube/Google Ads).
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional ability to dissect datasets to identify audience insights and ROI.
• Outstanding presentation, client-facing, and executive stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute full-funnel paid social roadmaps across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, X, and emerging channels.
• Partner with creative, analytics, and product teams to optimize campaigns and landing pages.
• Lead executive-level presentations and grow client relationships and new business scoping.
• Coach and scale internal strategists, digital marketers, and media buyers.
• Deliver clear performance reporting on traffic, engagement, and attribution, turning data into strategy.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale campaign efficiency while ensuring data privacy and brand safety.
