Job summary

Monks is seeking a Content Strategist for Creators to join the Strategy team and shape social programs for top-tier clients.

You will define how creator profiles evolve, optimize content, and craft campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to meet brand objectives and audience needs.

This is a strategy‑focused role; creator sourcing and day‑to‑day talent coordination sit with other specialists, while you drive insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in social media strategy with influencers/creators
• Experience growing creator or brand profiles through organic engagement
• Understanding of how creative choices and platform mechanics affect content
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other creator ecosystems
• Awareness of social culture, trends, and subcultures
• Familiarity with AI tools in strategy/workflows
• Strong research and storytelling abilities to present complex ideas
• Experience building social performance reports and turning findings into actions
• Concise writing and ability to simplify complex strategic threads
• Problem-solving mindset balancing big picture with details
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Experience in fashion/beauty industry is a plus
