Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to drive growth for a portfolio of clients by leading high-impact social media campaigns. You will develop tactical roadmaps, performance dashboards, and compelling presentations that inform and empower stakeholders.

You will mentor junior team members, optimize strategies across Meta Ads and other platforms, and ensure flawless execution while maintaining brand standards. This role emphasizes strategic storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid social experience.
• Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Full-funnel activation experience.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and deliver optimization recommendations.
• Strong writing and verbal communication for client-facing presentations.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance meets or exceeds efficiency, growth, and budget goals.
• Develop and implement platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies across Meta Ads
• Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs, ensuring alignment with broader account and marketing strategies.
• Quantify, prioritize, and execute initiatives with the highest potential impact on performance, audience growth, and client objectives.
• Partner closely with Client Partners to deliver clear, strategic paid social recommendations and support client-facing communications.
• Contribute high-quality paid social insights and narratives to key client deliverables, including tactical plans, creative strategies, and business reviews.
• Ensure all paid social work undergoes rigorous QA and is executed accurately, maintaining strong stewardship of client budgets and brand standards.
• Ability to speak on client calls and be client facing where applicable within reporting calls, statuses, etc.
• Coach and mentor team members by supporting onboarding, providing account context, and developing both technical and strategic paid social capabilities.
