Job summary

Monks seeks a Senior Account Director to lead a social-first program for a major global tech brand. You will craft strategies, guide cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes that align with the client’s ambitious goals and the agency’s innovative spirit.

You will own client partnerships, oversee campaign leadership, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to upsell and expand scope, while staying ahead of social trends and platform innovations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital and social media with a track record managing large, multi-faceted accounts.
• Complex social-first production experience required.
• Strong client-first, consultative approach with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic partner, understanding goals, audience, and positioning to craft social strategies.
• Develop forward-thinking social campaigns using latest formats and platform tools.
• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of social initiatives to meet KPIs and timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, data and production teams.
