Job summary

Agency Homerun in Amsterdam seeks a Strategy Lead to develop social-first strategies that translate client goals into brand direction across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. You will lead the strategy team, present in pitches, and collaborate with Creative, Data & Insights, and Brand Partnerships to drive measurable impact and growth.

You bring 8+ years in the creative industry, a proven track record of leading strategies, and a strong coaching style.

Qualifications

8+ years in the creative/digital industry.
Proven track record leading creative strategies.
Experience coaching a strategy team.
Strong ability to translate insights into strategic direction.
Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction for clients in pitches and ongoing engagements.
Translate business objectives and market insights into social-first strategies.
Lead and grow the strategy team through coaching and mentorship.
Collaborate with Data & Insights to turn intelligence into actionable strategy.
Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to craft compelling pitches and presentations.
Deliver social-first, 360-degree campaigns with cohesive brand narratives.
Lead strategic planning, identify growth opportunities and KPIs.
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to unlock ideas.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies for top talent.
Deliver strategic frameworks and end-to-end decks for plug-and-play use.
